This course introduces or refreshes an understanding of what it means to work together as a team, assisting team members to create an environment to achieve a mutually agreed upon outcome. Those in lay and leadership roles are part of fostering a church community and part of a team focused upon a particular mission. A lay leader may need to guide or facilitate a ministry team to a defined set of outcomes and/or mutually understood objectives.

Ron Schlegelmilch
Ron Schlegelmilch has been involved with adult education for more than 35 years. During that time, he has created learning programs for: Concordia University College (Biology and Fund Raising); University of Alberta, Faculty of Extension (Marketing and Consulting), Faculty of Health Sciences (Working in Inter-disciplinary Teams, Business Principles); McEwan University (Principles of Management, Team Development, Performance Appraisals); and Alberta Health Services (Supporting Seniors Care). Ron is committed to learning for individuals and organizations. Effecting change by developing a deeper understanding of a topic and learning to apply the new skills and principles is his primary goal.
