This course will provide awareness of the theological foundations shaping Anglican doctrine and ethos, encouraging the learner to identify insights from Anglican thinking that influence them.

Course Developers

William Harrison
Rev. Dr. William Harrison has a broad background as a senior administrative leader, teacher, and ordained clergy. He holds a B.A. Hons. in Political Science from Carleton University, a Ph.D. in Systematic Theology from Boston College, an M.A. in English from the University of British Columbia, and a B.Th. from St. Paul University/University of Ottawa. He served as the Director for Mission and Ministry for the Anglican Diocese of Huron, Ontario and prior to that was the founding Principal for the Kootenay School of Ministry in British Columbia, an institute that runs courses to prepare locally trained Priests, Deacons, and Licensed Lay Ministers for ministry work. He has been the President of the Lutheran Theological Seminary since 2017.
