Rev. H. Paul Schmidt holds a Master of Divinity from Concordia Seminary in Missouri, and a Master of Sacred Theology from Seminex/Lutheran School of Theology in Chicago. He was the Founding Lutheran Campus Chaplain, University of Calgary, and has served as pastor at various congregations in Alberta and British Columbia for over 40 years. He has also been involved with the "Introduction of Lutheran Book of Worship in Canada" and the "ELCIC Statement on Sacramental Practice".
